BOHNENKAMP SWEDEN AB – General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions apply between Bohnenkamp Sweden AB and the purchaser of the products.

1. Terms of Sale

Prices shown in price lists, catalogs, or on the webshop may be changed without prior notice. The prices stated are recommended selling prices in SEK, excluding VAT and environmental fees. All prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

All goods will be supplied at the price applicable at the time of delivery. Goods specially ordered for a customer on a firm order basis must be accepted and cannot be returned. Bohnenkamp Sweden AB accepts no responsibility for printing errors or for design changes that may result in altered appearance or specifications of a product.

2. Delivery Terms

Orders for stock items received no later than 4:00 PM will be dispatched the same day using a carrier selected by Bohnenkamp Sweden AB. On Fridays, orders must be received no later than 2:00 PM for same-day dispatch.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. Bohnenkamp Sweden AB therefore disclaims all liability for delayed deliveries. Under no circumstances shall a reseller be entitled to cancel the agreement or claim damages from Bohnenkamp Sweden AB due to delivery delays.

Goods are delivered at the recipient’s own risk. The quantities stated on the delivery note shall be considered as the delivered quantities. Any delivery discrepancy or shortage must be reported to our customer service department no later than five (5) days after receipt of the goods.

All orders are shipped in accordance with the dispatch and delivery terms applicable at the time. Please contact our sales department for further information.

3. Environmental Fee

Bohnenkamp Sweden AB is affiliated with Svensk Däckåtervinning AB (SDAB). The applicable environmental fee will be charged at the current rate at the time of delivery.

4. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Bohnenkamp Sweden AB until the outstanding amount has been paid in full by the purchaser.

Unless otherwise agreed, all molds or other production tools designed for manufacturing and produced by us shall remain our property, even if the cost of the tooling has been paid. Production tools that have not been used for production for a period of five (5) years may be destroyed by us without prior notice.

5. Payment Terms

As agreed separately.

6. Late Payment Interest

Late payment interest will be charged, currently at 2% per month, if the agreed payment terms are not observed. Interest will be calculated from the due date until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to charge reminder fees and debt collection fees where applicable.

7. Warranty Terms / Claims

Products found to have material or manufacturing defects must be reported immediately to our customer service department. We accept no liability for any consequential damages arising from the use of our products, nor for fitting, installation, or other service-related costs.

If a defect occurs and is not caused by improper use of the product, the product must be returned freight-free to Bohnenkamp Sweden AB for examination.

Swedish law shall apply in all cases of dispute.

8. Returns

Returns of goods will only be accepted if agreed with us in advance. A copy of the invoice or delivery note must always accompany returned goods.

The reseller is responsible for return freight charges. We charge a return fee of 15% of the sales price, plus SEK 75 per product for disassembly of complete wheel assemblies.

9. Loss or Damage in Transit

Products found to have material or manufacturing defects must be reported to our customer service department no later than five (5) days after receipt of the product.

Transport damage and lost goods are the responsibility of the carrier. We will assist with claims made against the carrier. Always inspect the goods upon delivery.

10. Documentation

All product images and descriptions provided to customers are supplied for information purposes only and do not constitute any representation, commitment, or warranty on our part.

11. Customer Information

Bohnenkamp Sweden AB never shares customer information of any kind with third parties. However, we reserve the right to use information obtained online and offline in order to provide better service to our customers.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Bohnenkamp Sweden AB shall apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
